Sales Tax Information

We are required to collect and remit sales tax for MN, CA, CO, GA, IA, IL, MI, NE, and UT since we have offices within each of these states. Customers can place tax exempt orders under certain qualifications.

For Online Credit Card Orders:

Within the order if they are located in one of the states mentioned above and have entered a company name help icon will appear on the Confirmation Page asking them to fax their Exemption form proving tax exemption to (952) 392-2979. Once the proper documentation is received we will credit the customer for the tax and update the receipt.

For Offline Orders:

Within the order if they are located in one of the states mentioned above and have entered a company name help icon will appear on the completion page asking them to fax their Exemption form proving tax exemption to (952) 392-2979. Once the proper documentation is received we will remove the tax from the pending order. The order will be updated with the correct total, and will wait for payment. The tax must be removed before payment is received on offline orders.
