User Access Levels

SWREG offers the ability for you to setup restricted access levels to the various areas of your shop. These access levels are setup within your Author Details under Passwords.

The User Functions password allows access to these areas with the specific password:

• Create/Edit Products
• Merchandising
• Customizable Template
• Keygen Tester
• Vendor Manual Authorizations
• Payments
• Net Margin Report
• File Manager

The Author Information Password restricts access to the Author Details and Payment Details. Only users with that password can access this area. This password is the highest level of access and allows entry into all areas of the store.

The main store password will only allow users to access the areas that do not have any of the above restrictions, including:

• Contact SWREG
• Show Orders
• Recurring Orders
• Help Instructions
• Newsletters

You can utilize all, one, or none of the offered access levels. The default behavior is to not enable the User Functions and Author Information Levels.
