host. Our rule based system lets you switch the location of the file
to be downloaded at any time. You can set the rules based on time of
day, day or week, etc. This works on a file by file basis for total
flexibility. No bandwidth charges are made by us if the end user
downloads a file pointed to in this way that is not stored on our server.

reporting. Reports include total bandwidth used since a given date,
downloaded files sorted by number of hits, downloaded files sorted by
bandwidth used, origjnating URLs (where the person who downloaded
